Our mission
Fondazione con il Sud emerged as a groundbreaking initiative within the landscape of development efforts for Southern Italy. It is the first programme funded entirely with private capital and built on the conviction that social cohesion is the essential condition for self-sustaining, lasting development.
Mission and values
We promote and support ‘exemplary’ initiatives across Southern Italy: strategic actions that are replicable and sustainable over time, that strengthen social cohesion while advancing the social, cultural, and economic development of local communities. We encourage strategic and operational partnerships between the third sector and public authorities to drive community development and pilot innovative models rooted in shared values.
